Celebrating the Values of Truth, Peace and Non-Violence
NVN Senior Secondary School, Bhiduki, commemorated Gandhi Jayanti with great respect and enthusiasm, paying tribute to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, on his birth anniversary.
The celebration aimed to inspire students to embrace Gandhiji’s timeless principles of truth, non-violence, simplicity, cleanliness and self-discipline. Students were encouraged to reflect upon his remarkable contributions to India’s freedom struggle and the relevance of his teachings in today’s world.
The occasion highlighted the importance of peace, unity, compassion and responsible citizenship. Students were motivated to follow Gandhiji’s ideals in their daily lives and contribute positively to society.
The celebration also reinforced the significance of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, encouraging students to maintain cleanliness, protect their surroundings and develop a sense of responsibility towards their community and environment.
