Small Seeds Today, Stronger Trees Tomorrow!
NVN Senior Secondary School, Bhiduki, undertook the inspiring initiative “Seed to Sapling” to create environmental awareness among students and encourage them to become responsible guardians of nature.
The initiative focuses on the beautiful journey of transforming a tiny seed into a healthy sapling through care, patience and dedication. Students are encouraged to plant seeds, nurture them, observe their growth and understand the importance of plants in maintaining ecological balance.
Through this hands-on activity, students learn about seed germination, plant growth, environmental conservation and the significance of biodiversity. It also develops a sense of responsibility, patience and compassion towards nature.
The initiative aims to instil the values of sustainability and environmental stewardship from an early age, inspiring students to take small yet meaningful steps towards protecting the environment.
